Borincan Whispers
The fluid spirals echo the ebb and flow of the Caribbean Sea around Puerto Rico, known as Borinquen in the Taíno language. Within the flowing curves, one can sense the ocean breeze, the dance of waves folding into arabesques, and the quiet warmth of an island bathed in light. Shades of blue evoke the endless ocean, while white and silvery strokes whisper like seashells and foam. The whole composition feels like a breath of poetry, an intangible trace of the island, present yet dreamlike.
